Job Title: Program Manager
Work Place: Gaziantep
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
1- Assist the project manager in establishing efficient management and evaluation system
2- managing the monitoring and evaluation activities
3- Assist in the identification of the indicators to evaluate and monitor the progress in the implementation of the project and determine the inputs and outputs of the project
4- ssist in developing the guidance and the tools and the special examples related to the monitoring and evaluation when implementing the projects
5- Assist in strengthening the capacity of the staff in the scope of monitoring and evaluation, whether they are field employee or not
6- Communication with the colleagues inside Syria to know the current and the new situation of the project periodically
7- Analyze risks and opportunities
8- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
9- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
10- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
11- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
