Ensure the development of MASAR HD internal procedures for staff and other personnel to report incidents of CSG and sexual exploitation and abuse.
• Develop and conduct awareness raising activities/sessions for local communities across the Hub countries on PSEA and reporting pathways.
• Develop, produce, and facilitate the dissemination of PSEA awareness communication materials to field staff, project sites as well as contractors/implementing partners.
• Ensure that PSEA content is included in staff induction, contracts and subcontracting, and job evaluation criteria.
• Ensure that all materials pertaining to complaints are handled strictly in line with applicable grievance procedures.
• Receive complaints, reports, and questions about alleged acts of sexual exploitation and abuse committed by the organization’s personnel.
• In addition, being the liaison between the Organization and the Inter-Agency Community Based Complaints Mechanism.
• Carry out community consultations to identify culturally and contextually appropriate entry points for submitting complaints.
• Take appropriate measures to ensure safety and confidentiality for all reported CSG/SEA issues.
• Provide technical advice, support, and mentoring to MASAR HD Members and related Personnel conducting investigations and act as the resource person to help source tools, and resources and provide any relevant guidance.
• Support MASAR HD members to develop and implement standards in survivor assistance; coordinate with the GBV sub-cluster and ensure a referral mechanism for survivor services.
• Provide capacity building to all MASAR HD members about PSEA/CSG guidance and support in the development of awareness-raising, sensitization, communication, and training resources.
• Create and maintain a PSEA/CSG resource tool to ensure systematic education of MASAR HD Staff and related Personnel to prevent and empower them to respond to SEA and CSG.
Coordination of major project development, including project scoping, objectives, deliveries and success criteria that support the project’s objectives, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget


• Preferably a degree in social science, human resources law, criminal law, investigation, gender-based violence, general protection, or related field.

• good written and oral communication skills in English
• Work Experience: at least 2 years of relevant work experience PSEA and CSG, especially in investigative practice skills; familiarity with Safeguarding and PSEA; and experience integrating compliance issues throughout a global organization.
• Knowledge and understanding of the complexity related to refugee and IDP situations.
• Proven ability to implement change.

Work Experience:

•  A minimum of 1 year humanitarian field experience.
•  at least 2 years of relevant work experience in PSEA and CSG, especially in investigative practice skills; familiarity with Safeguarding and PSEA; and experience integrating a compliance issue throughout MASAR HD.
• Experience in developing and facilitating training and capacity-building activities is required.
• Ability to work with highly sensitive material in a confidential way; ability to show empathy for the challenges survivors face in reporting Safeguarding concerns and the pressures Safeguarding investigations place on all stakeholders, including those accused of misconduct.
•  Proven experience and ability to design and deliver training.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence at all levels, considering cultural and language difficulties.
