Responsibilities:

*   Preparing and monitor the project procurement plans based on relevant policies and procedures.
* Directing and supervising the daily procurement staff in order to implement the periodic procurement                  plans, follow up the work and solve the usual work problems.
* Follow up of the Procurement Procedures accordance to the procurement policy
* Undertake quotations or launch Calls for Tender
* Purchasing the goods, draft contracts; Check the condition and nature of goods received as required by               the contracts; filing and archiving of procurement documents
* Management of Database of Suppliers:
* Conducting market price survey and creating and updating supplier’s database.
* Supervision the development and updating of the supplier’s data list on continuous basis and following up          the supplier assessment processes.
* Supervising the follow-up and development of the procurement tracking schedule
* Verify and ensure that all relevant documents are complete and compliant with logistics and procurement          procedures before transferring them to the Finance Department
* Contribute to the development of the job analysis for the employees in the procurement department
* Representing the procurement department in auditors’ meetings
* Representing the procurement Department in the organizations’ procurement groups (Cluster).
* Supervising the follow-up the standard operating policy procedures for logistics operations.
* Coordination with the rest of the supply chain departments to Ensure the full and correct application of                the policies of the logistics department via:
• Management of transportation and distribution.
• Inventory and Warehouse management.
• Fleet Management.
• Asset Management.

Education/Training

University degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration

Experience
Minimum professional experience of 3 years in the procurement
Desired
Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Demonstrable high level of interpersonal skills and patience.

Technical Skills
Fluency in English skills, both written and verbal communication
Fluency in Turkish skills, both written and verbal communication
Fluency in Arabic skills, both written and verbal communication
