MASAR HD Concludes Pfizer-BioNTech ToT Training with UNICEF, WHO, and SIG.
In a remarkable collaboration, MASAR HD, in partnership with Syria Immunization Group (SIG) as the technical Partner, successfully concluded a transformative Training for Trainers (TOT) on Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Delivery. This crucial initiative, supported by UNICEF and with the active participation of the World Health Organization (WHO), aimed to elevate the skills and knowledge of trainers in pivotal aspects of vaccine management.
Three-day training, held in Gaziantep from January 15 to 17, 2024, focused on key objectives to enhance trainers’ proficiency in managing Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccinations. The primary areas of focus included vaccine administration, handling, storage, and adverse event monitoring.
Scope of Training:
- Introduction to Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccines:
Participants gained insights into the composition and administration of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, fostering a deep understanding of its components. - Vaccine Management and Cold Chain Logistics:
